SHIPPING AND FEES

The service of national and international shipments is done with an external service, so PAWUAMBA® is not responsible for any delays or problems that may be attributable to the parcel services used, although at all time will be followed up and support to the customer in the successful receipt of your shipment.

The Customer will be responsible for the shipping address provided through the website, is responsible for providing correct and complete data; address where PAWUAMBA® will send the order.

National shipments

The cost of shipping to all of Mexico is $59 mxn, in standard mode. All shipments within the Mexican Republic may take from 3 to 5 business days to arrive, depending on the delivery time of the courier.

In the extended zones (zones defined by the courier company that are distant zones outside the daily delivery coverage) the estimated delivery time is 7 to 8 business days.

International shipments

The cost of international shipping is detailed in the Payment section before finalizing the purchase, it must be accepted and paid by the Customer as part of the total cost of the order.

Import taxes are to be paid by the Customer. (*If applicable).

The contracted courier will be responsible for the collection of import taxes requested by customs clearance for the release of the shipment.
